The features, services, and products provided are clearly stated on each of our web sites, and the information presented on each site shall be considered to be part of this agreement.
Refund and Return Policy
For Services and Software Delivered Electronically:
No refunds will be given for software and services delivered electronically via the web sites, unless sufficient evidence exists to indicate that the transaction occurred without the customer's knowledge or permission, or if the software or service is found to be incompatible with the customer's computer. The one exception to this rule is the money-back guarantee offered by the ProveMySpeed.com service. For details, visit this link.
Web site accounts utilize resources on our web server even if not accessed by the customer. Custom Solutions has no obligation to provide refunds for web site accounts based on a lack of usage.
For Physical Products Shipped to the Customer:
A stocking fee will not be charged on non-defective goods returned within 7 business days of the invoice date. Any non-defective goods returned after 7 days but within 120 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. To receive credit for the return, you must have a return authorization and the goods must be in a re-sellable condition. For a return authorization, please contact us. Contact information is posted on the web site for the product in question.
For defective goods, including goods damaged in shipment, the goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price and original shipping cost. Custom Solutions will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
Membership and Billing (Custom Typing Training - Individual Accounts Only)
This section covers the Custom Typing Training service only, located at www.customtyping.com. This is applicable to individual accounts only. It is not applicable to school and organizational accounts.
We encourage the use of our service through free trials. Free trials last for 4 weeks for eligible new subscribers. To view the specific details regarding your free trial, if any, click on the "Free Trial Signup" link from the Custom Typing Training web site (www.customtyping.com), review the information sent by email when your account was created, or click on the "Update Account" link after logging in to the web site.
Free trials cannot be combined with any other offer. You must have Internet access and a valid credit card, debit card, or checking account ("Payment Method") to redeem a free trial offer. Upon registering for your free trial, your Payment Method will be authorized for the first regular payment. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may reflect the authorization; however, no charges will be made against the Payment Method unless you do not cancel prior to the end of your free trial period.
We will begin billing your Payment Method for the regular subscription fees corresponding to your subscription plan plus any applicable tax at the end of your free trial period unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial. To view the specific details of your subscription plan, including price and end date of your free trial period, click on the "Update Account" link after logging into the web site. You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial has ended or that your paying subscription has begun. YOU MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO THE END OF YOUR FREE TRIAL OFFER TO AVOID CHARGES TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. CLICK THE "UPDATE ACCOUNT" LINK AFTER LOGGING INTO THE WEB SITE FOR CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS. We will continue to bill your Payment Method every second month for your subscription plan until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at anytime. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered subscription plans.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed every second month. We will bill the regular subscription fee plus any applicable tax to the Payment Method you provide to us during registration (or to a different Payment Method if you change your account information). Your membership will automatically renew, without prior notice to you, unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must cancel your membership before it renews each billing cycle (every second month) in order to avoid billing of the cycle's subscription fees to your Payment Method.
You may cancel your subscription at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY PARTIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS. To cancel, click the "Update Account" link after logging in and follow the on-screen instructions. Upon cancellation, you can continue to use the account for time that has been paid-for (if any). Accounts cancelled during the free trial are disabled immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate your account for any reason.
