Transfer the
Text Normally
To
transfer the text the normal way, you would first select
the text from Acrobat and press Control-C to copy it to
the Windows clipboard...
Next,
you would go to your word processor and press Control-V to
paste the text info your current document. The
result would be something like this...
Not
very readable, is it? The problem is that text from
PDF files (and other sources such as e-mail messages)
often contains unwanted line breaks in the middle of
paragraphs.
Without
Text Cleanup, you have to remove those extra line breaks
yourself. This example only had a few lines of
text. Imagine how long it would take if you had to
clean up a multi-page letter, or a 100 page report!
