Using the hot-key is the same as
choosing the Clean Clipboard Text command from the system
tray menu. Here's how it works for this example...
Just
like usual, you would first select
the text from Acrobat and press Control-C to copy it to
the Windows clipboard...

Next,
you would press Control-Alt-C to clean the text on the
clipboard. You would then go to your word processor and press Control-V to
paste the text info your current document. Now, the
result are what you would expect...
